Assist the Vendor Coordinator Chair with emails, conference set up, and communication with exhibit representatives.

Assist in the development of the brochures, presentations, and AV needs. Coordinate with the Website Administrator on marketing and ticket development.

Help find a venue. Conference venue may change each year and a perspective on coordinating size, space and cost is needed.

Find topics and speakers of interest to the membership. Secure the slots and logistics.

Be a part of the networking and building of relationships for the organization. Figure out innovative ways of networking for conference attendees.
