Conference Committee

  • Meet and greet attendees. Coordinate registration communication, sign up, login, and check in!

  • Assist the Vendor Coordinator Chair with emails, conference set up, and communication with exhibit representatives.

  • Assist in the development of the brochures, presentations, and AV needs. Coordinate with the Website Administrator on marketing and ticket development.

  • Help find a venue. Conference venue may change each year and a perspective on coordinating size, space and cost is needed.

  • Find topics and speakers of interest to the membership. Secure the slots and logistics.

  • Be a part of the networking and building of relationships for the organization. Figure out innovative ways of networking for conference attendees.
